3. Payment Terms

3.1 Service Payments

Full payment is required before service delivery. Payment should be made via bank transfer as per the details provided on the checkout page.

3.2 Training Program Payments

For training programs, students can pay 25% as a down payment to secure their seat, with the remaining 75% due before the first class. Installment options are available upon request.

3.3 Payment Confirmation

After payment and screenshot upload, you will receive an order confirmation email. Screenshots must clearly show the transaction details.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for services are not available after the service delivery has commenced. For training programs, refunds may be requested within 7 days of booking if the training has not started. A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from refund amounts.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Timeline

Service delivery timelines are provided at the time of order. We strive to meet all deadlines, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any delays to you promptly.

5.2 Support Period

All services include a support period as specified in your plan (30-90 days). Support includes maintenance, bug fixes, and adjustments as per the service package.

6. Training Program Terms

6.1 Attendance

Regular attendance is mandatory for course completion and certification. Classes are held on scheduled days. Absences should be communicated in advance when possible.

6.2 Certification

Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the course including all assignments and projects. Certificates are only issued to students who have completed 80% of classes and assignments.

6.3 1-to-1 Training

1-to-1 training sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, code, and designs created for your project become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use generalized examples of our work for portfolio purposes with your permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during consultations, service delivery, or training. This includes client data, business strategies, and proprietary information.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Creative Hutt is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure quality and best practices, results may vary based on business factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results from implementing our solutions.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Share login credentials or account access with unauthorized users
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or abuse our systems
